Surface compatibility comes first

Some hardwood, laminate, resilient or sealed floors may restrict steam use; follow the flooring manufacturer’s care instructions.

Traditional mops are flexible

Manual mops can use plain water or approved cleaners without electrical components at floor level.

Steam is not automatically better

Heat does not make a device suitable for every surface or every soil.

Storage and cord management

Powered steam units need dry storage and safe electrical use.
